Ticket Holder Itinerary

Cocktail Party 

July 11th, 7-10 pm

Those with Cocktail Party tickets, please proceed to the 13th floor. There will be a sign directing you to PROOF, the rooftop bar and lounge. 

Doors open to the event space at 7 pm and event ends at 10 pm. You may come/go at any time during this period. 

Official security will be on duty 6:30-10:30 pm.

*Anyone under 21 CANNOT be admitted into PROOF or the PROOF terrace, per venue contract; please be understanding if age verification is requested. 

Please have your ticket ready to be scanned for entry.

Signature Event 

July 12th, Noon-4 pm 

Proceed to the 2nd floor. There will be a sign directing you to the Great Room. Two lines will be formed in the pre-function space, a general line and an ADA line (please notice signage).

Doors open to the event space at noon and the event ends at 4 pm. You may come/go at any time during this period. Plan accordingly to permit sufficient time to visit the authors and vendors prior to closing. If returning, please show your hand stamp at the ticket table. 

Official security will be on duty noon-4 pm. 

Water stations will be available throughout the spaces. 

Please have your ticket ready to be scanned for entry. 

After Party 

July 12th, 7-10 pm

Those with After Party tickets, please proceed to the 2nd floor. There will be a sign directing you to the outdoor WET Deck, pool, and Sunset Bar. 

Beginning at 7 pm, team members will scan your ticket and, if you wish to be served any alcohol, will also check your ID. Those 21+ will receive a specific color wristband; others will receive a wristband of a different color. You may come/go at any time during this event; the event ends at 10 pm. 

Towels will be provided by the hotel. Sunscreen is recommended.

Official security will be on duty 6:30-10:30 pm. 

*Only those providing proof of age of 21+ will be allowed to purchase and/or consume alcohol.

Note

All events at Romance Era Experience are intended to provide everyone in attendance a pleasant and fun experience. This includes while waiting in line for entry. Any act or threat of physical or emotional harassment or disrespect will NOT be tolerated. The Romance Era Team has and will execute the right to remove anyone who violates this policy, with no refund. Please be respectful of others’ individuality and space. Demand the same for yourself, too.

If you have symptoms of an illness or are asymptomatic but positive for an illness, we kindly ask that you wear a mask over your nose and mouth. Disposable masks will be freely available at the ticket table or by asking a Romance Era Team member.
